Release.
Reconnect. Reclaim.
Find your balance again
Women carry so much: the mental load of managing households, careers, relationships, and everyone else's needs. We often lose ourselves in the process, disconnecting from our bodies, our desires, and our authentic voices.
Her Balance Experiences creates transformative spaces where women reconnect with their authentic selves through the integration of mind, body, and heart. We believe every woman deserves to step away from the weight of daily mental load and rediscover what truly matters to her.
Our experiences and retreats offer the sanctuary you've been craving.

We believe women deserve more than just "getting through" life. We deserve spaces where we can:
Remember that our needs matter too
Understand and celebrate our bodies as they are
Build genuine connections with other women
Reclaim our sense of freedom and personal power
Comprehensive Women's Experiences
We're building a community that includes:
Retreats
Workshops
Talks

Join women who are ready to release the mental load, reconnect with their bodies, and remember what truly matters.

Hi, my name is Marta!
My journey to creating Her Balance Experiences began this year in Malaga, but it was shaped by experiences that took me across continents and through challenges that would reshape everything I thought I knew about resilience and healing.
At 22, I left my hometown of Vigo, Spain for Miami, where I learned what it means to carry invisible burdens: working without papers, navigating constant stress, and feeling completely isolated from everything familiar. The relentless pressure began taking a toll on my health in ways I didn't yet understand. After two years of struggle, I was finally able to secure my status, and in 2017, I made the decision to leave the US and travel the world with my partner while building my marketing business remotely.
Then in 2020, everything changed. While the world was grappling with COVID, I was facing something that felt even more personal and frightening: a non-malignant brain tumor diagnosis. What followed were three years of doctor visits, two craniotomies, and reconstruction surgery. Just as I was recovering, more health challenges emerged, work became overwhelming, and loved ones faced their own crises.
In 2024, I moved to Malaga and made a commitment to stop living on autopilot. That's when I realized something crucial: I wasn't the only woman carrying this kind of load.
I saw that women everywhere are managing impossible mental burdens, ignoring their bodies' signals, and feeling isolated in their struggles. I created Her Balance Experiences because I wished I'd had a space like this during my hardest moments: a place where women can share what they're carrying and remember they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
Her Balance Experiences grew from my understanding that healing isn't about fixing what's broken, but about reconnecting with the wisdom and strength that already exists within us.
