The Team

Creator of Her Balance Experiences and your retreat guide, Marta knows firsthand what it takes to reset when life pulls you in too many directions. Her path from Spain to Miami and back taught her the cost of putting yourself last, and why creating genuine space for rest isn't a luxury.

Based in Málaga, she is currently completing a Stress Management certification, which she combines with her background in women's wellness to design experiences that help you slow down and reconnect with what matters to you. Her approach centers on authenticity, community, and the simple idea that you don't need to reinvent yourself; you just need space to remember who you are.

Meet Marta

Arian is from a small village in Pontevedra (Galicia), a magical land where she was born, raised, and learned the values she shares today.

She holds a degree in Fine Arts and has a passion for cooking. Arian has developed an artistic creativity that has allowed her to forge a culinary style characterized by its pragmatism and versatility, refined through years of experience in different kitchens across Spain and the United Kingdom.

Every service presented to her is a new challenge, and she loves that. Understanding what her clients are looking for, designing menus in detail, and adapting them to each occasion so they can simply focus on enjoying time with their loved ones.

Meet Arián

Gema is an Integrative Nutrition Coach specialized in Women’s Hormonal Health. She supports women in reconnecting with their bodies and living in harmony with their cyclical biology, integrating nutrition, lifestyle, and menstrual education as foundations for balance and wellbeing.

Her work focuses on guiding women through the understanding and healing of their menstrual cycle, naturally addressing conditions such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, amenorrhea, and irregular cycles. She also accompanies women on their journey toward conscious and natural conception, helping them prepare their body and energy for healthy fertility.

She deeply believes in the power of body awareness and in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right conditions. Her purpose is to inspire women to live in sync with their inner rhythms, honoring each phase of the cycle as an ally and cultivating a more compassionate, wise, and fulfilling relationship with their biology.

Meet Nuria

Originally from Argentina, Agustina has called many countries home. That life of moving, adapting, and learning to read new landscapes has given her a rare kind of fluency: in languages, in people, and in places.

As a professional translator, editor, and copywriter, she brings the same passion she has for languages and cultural exchange to everything she does: leading hiking groups, exploring climbing routes, sharing experiences, and maintaining her own practice in mindfulness and meditation.

At this retreat, she will be part of the coordination team and our guide to reconnecting with ourselves through nature.
